Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Lead Software Integration Developer to drive the design, development, and integration of advanced software solutions for medical devices. You will work across teams to gather requirements, implement robust systems, and ensure seamless production deployment and support.

You will lead containerized apps using Docker and Kubernetes, design APIs, and manage cloud deployments on AWS/Azure/GCP. Strong programming skills in Golang and at least one other major language are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of software development and integration experience.
• Experience with integration patterns (synchronous, event-driven, CDC).
• Proficiency with Kafka or similar messaging systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong API design, database concepts, and TLS/certificate management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Develop and maintain containerized apps using Kubernetes.
• Manage cloud deployments ensuring scalable, reliable operation.
• Design APIs and databases; review code and mentor juniors.
• Provide production support and monitor system performance.
• Automate monitoring and incident management; ensure high availability.
