Jobber is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead the Jobs engineering teams within the SP Operations group. You will shape the technical direction, ensure high quality delivery, and collaborate with Product Management, Design, and other Engineering leaders to improve the tools used by service providers.

Reporting to a Senior Manager, you’ll mentor engineers, grow the team, and drive learning and process improvements while scaling the platform for growth.

Qualifications

Track record of leadership in delivering quality software (engineering management).
Strong full‑stack background with design/architectural experience.
Ability to lead in an agile environment.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Mentor and develop engineers within a growing team.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Jobs engineering teams within SP Operations.
Ensure high quality, on-time delivery of features.
Collaborate with Product Management and Design to shape the roadmap.
Remove blockers and drive process improvements.
Mentor engineers and support career development.
Partner with other leaders to align on technical direction.
