Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on Java 17+ development experience.
  • Strong Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, security.
  • Experience with Kafka, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
  • Microservices in public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • CI/CD tooling (Jenkins/CloudBees, etc.).
  • RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, DB2) and SQL optimization.

Not just looks for error messages. Understands and learns expected behavior, why it did not behave correctly, when it started behaving incorrectly.
