Job summary
Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, seeks engineers to join the HBMAS Sustainment and Development program in Aurora, CO. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and is onsite at US-CO-Aurora. Travel up to 25% to CONUS/OCONUS sites; contingent on contract award.
You will lead a software application team, design and deliver software for defense systems, and work in an Agile environment with engineers, architects, and leaders to improve quality and process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience leading Agile software development teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain team cadence.
- Understand Agile metrics and use them to drive delivery improvements.
- Identify and remove impediments that block progress.
- Align project and product objectives with outcomes.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility required prior to start date.
- STEM degree with 8+ years of experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
