The role merges hands-on development with technical direction, mentoring, and people leadership across teams. The candidate will contribute across the full SDLC, lead medium sized initiatives, establish engineering practices, and drive delivery with a focus on quality, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• Seven years or more of professional programming experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and supporting software using modern development technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of complex software components.
• Provide technical direction and guide architectural decisions.
• Diagnose cross-system issues and support production incidents.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure clear requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage a small team.
