Responsibilities

• Translate napkin idea into a Scrum hands-on prototype.
• Coordinate releases with stakeholders across Asheville, NC and remote teams.
• Scale services from Asheville pilot to NC-wide rollout.
• Monitor system health and set up alerting for production environments.
• Translate design-led business requirements into technical specs and tasks.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively.
• Pull Python stack out of the NC region before migration deadline.
