- Lead all software aspects within the team, including research, design, technology insertion, development, testing, and support

- Must have working knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Docker, and OpenShift
- Experience with payment technology and banking/payments industry knowledge

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical leadership experience for medium to large-sized enterprise projects
- Experience building Spring Boot Microservices
- Familiarity with public API development and using API Gateway like APIGEE
- Experience with file-based transfer applications (e.g., Sterling, SFTP)
- Knowledge of ISO 20022 and file formats such as NACHA, PAIN, BAI2, CAMT, and Real Time Payments
