Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with leadership exposure.
- Experience leading AI-assisted development tools and ensuring code quality.
- Strong PySpark/Python, AWS, and Databricks experience with data engineering.
- Proven project lead or team lead experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of regulatory model applications and cloud modernization initiatives.
- Architect scalable, secure, and efficient data processing solutions for large volumes.
- Drives team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices, focusing on code quality, testing, and automation.
- Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation value and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to high quality standards.
- Contribute to strategic technology decisions and provide project/technical leadership.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining hands-on.
