Job summary

In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage a local team of developers, set coding standards, mentor engineers on responsible AI practices, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical releases with reliability.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Experience leading AI-assisted development tools with ability to set team expectations for validation.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use and secure handling of data and outputs.
• Extensive experience with PySpark/Python, AWS, and Databricks; exposure to machine learning.
• Data engineering experience and cloud architecture understanding.
• Proven project lead or team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of regulatory model applications and cloud modernization initiatives.
• Architect scalable, secure, and efficient data-processing solutions for large volumes.
• Drive team adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices with quality standards.
• Apply SDLC tools to improve automation and value realization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and high quality.
• Contribute to strategic technology decisions and provide technical leadership.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
