Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a Software Engineer with scalable applications.
• Full stack development with React, Java, TypeScript.
• Experience with distributed systems and backend integration.
• Experience using AI agents to understand systems and write code.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering work on a team delivering high-quality, maintainable software for complex applications.
• Influence team adoption of sensible defaults to enable continuous delivery.
• Lead knowledge sharing sessions on latest tech and engineering practices.
• Maintain production software and triage/resolve issues, including on-call rotations.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and participate in pair programming.
