Bitwarden is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for its Provider/Business Unit Portals team. This hands-on role leads the design and development of the Provider and Business Unit Portals, built to serve MSPs, resellers, and a single enterprise company to manage multiple organizations at scale.

You will stay close to the code while guiding architecture, technical direction, and complex engineering challenges. As the India Product Engineering organization grows, you will mentor engineers and help

Qualificações

• 8+ years as Lead Software Engineer with team lead experience.
• Experience shaping technical direction and mentoring senior engineers.
• Strong background in AI-assisted development and secure coding.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, deploy, and operate secure, performant services for the Portals.
• Set testing, error handling, API design, and secure coding standards; maintain docs.
• Maintain clean service boundaries and evolve APIs independently.
• Mentor engineers and provide design feedback.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and observability in production.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Security and other teams.
