Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer Lead for our Enterprise Product team, focusing on Product Information Management (PIM), Product Catalog, and Product Configuration systems.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise software, integrating with ERP, PLM, CPQ, and third‑party platforms. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in .NET, C#, Python, JavaScript, cloud-native architecture, Elasticsearch, Graph/NoSQL databases, DevOps, and AI‑driven catalog

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6–8+ years of professional software development in enterprise apps.
• Experience with PIM, product catalog, pricing, and CPQ systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise software for PIM, Product Catalog, and Product Configuration.
• Integrate internal systems with ERP, PLM, CPQ, and third‑party platforms.
• Build data‑driven features using Databricks, Python, SQL, EventHub, Service Bus, and NoSQL/Graph databases.
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and event‑driven workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability in cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
• Apply Agile practices; participate in CI/CD and code reviews.
• Mentor contract engineers and promote best practices in software engineering.
