Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience building complex B2B platforms at meaningful scale.
• Strong backend, distributed computing, and microservices experience.
• Personal involvement in both launch and post-production support.
• Clear technical communication, sound judgment, and dependable delivery.
• For the Lead: 8+ years of software engineering experience and demonstrated architectural ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build backend services and interconnected workflows using distributed computing and microservices architecture.
• Deliver customer-specific capabilities within a scalable platform.
• Own design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing production reliability.
• Investigate difficult failures, understand their impact across services, and resolve the underlying cause.
