Qualifications

• 7+ years in a full-stack software role with ownership of complex features or systems at scale.
• Degree in CS/EE.
• Frontend: TypeScript, JavaScript, React; Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs; Infrastructure: relational databases, Git, AWS.
• Familiarity with Fast AI/AI tooling such as Linear and Claude Code.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development across products — Architect, build, and ship high-quality code across our platform.
• Design scalable, elegant solutions — Collaborate with Product to deliver customer-centric features.
• Own issue resolution — Triage, prioritize, and resolve system-level issues, guiding best practices.
• Champion continuous improvement — Improve system performance, code health, and team efficiency.
• Advocate for the user — Build with empathy and deliver meaningful value.
• Mentor and elevate others — Share expertise and foster a culture of learning and rigor.
