Responsibilities

• Document the Swift system to enable rapid onboarding of future leads.
• Spot and address the Accountability anti-pattern in reviews.
• Backfill test coverage on risky areas of the codebase.
• Enable safe cross-functional changes behind feature flags to support rapid rollbacks.
• Refactor critical technology modules with care and intent.
