Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Microsoft .Net/Azure) for a remote role. You will lead the design and development of complex software applications, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable web solutions using .NET, Azure DevOps, and SQL technologies.

Minimum requirements include 7–10 years of hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, Telerik Kendo UI, and SQL Server/Azure SQL, plus the ability to work remotely and coordinate via MS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.
7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex software applications from business requirements.
Investigate new solutions, tools, products, and techniques to incorporate into coding standards.
Troubleshoot complex issues and produce detailed proposals to resolve.
Support testing and remediate defects.
Guide, coach, and mentor entry and mid-level developers.
Create and complete PBIs for web applications using Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Azure SQL.
Present web applications to internal stakeholders.
