Job summary

Xsolla is seeking a senior Lead Software Engineer (Mobile Native) to lead mobile development for iOS and Android, mentoring teams and shaping architecture. You will partner with product and design to deliver scalable apps and ensure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems within the Xsolla App ecosystem.

The role requires 6+ years in mobile development, leadership experience, and strong Swift/Kotlin/React Native skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in mobile development for iOS/Android.
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams.

• Familiarity with gaming ecosystems or virtual currency platforms is a plus.

You're a senior mobile engineer with 6+ years of experience building native iOS and Android apps using Swift, Kotlin, and/or React Native, with a proven track record of shipping commercial products end-to-end. You lead by example setting engineering standards, mentoring developers, and driving architecture decisions while staying close to the code.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and visual currency platforms is a plus.
