Job summary

PNC is seeking a Software Engineer Lead to drive the technical design and development of software solutions across multiple enterprise applications. You will lead efforts in Java-based systems, work with Oracle databases and ETL processes, and ensure high availability and performance.

You will monitor application health using Dynatrace, troubleshoot complex production issues, and guide teams across development, infrastructure, and security to maintain stability and scalability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• Experience with enterprise applications and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and SME for assigned applications.
• Lead support, maintenance and improvements of enterprise apps using Java, Oracle, SQL, and ETL.
• Monitor health with Dynatrace, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes.
• Partner with development, infrastructure, security and business teams to ensure end-to-end stability.
