Job summary

TeamViewer in Austin, TX is looking for a hands-on Team Lead to head one of our Integrations & Partner Enablement engineering teams. You will design, build, and review features that connect TeamViewer products to ERP, WMS and MES systems, and empower partners to create integrations.

You will stay close to code, drive delivery from planning to release, and foster AI-assisted development in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering with hands-on coding and modern practices.
• 2+ years leading engineers as Team Lead or similar, coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of full stack engineers with regular 1:1s.
• Stay hands-on: design, code, review PRs and set technical standards.
• Own delivery from planning to release, balancing features and debt.
• Translate customer needs into technical solutions and priorities.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and system integrators.
• Advance agile practices, testing, CI/CD and documentation.
• Promote AI-assisted development and responsible use in the team.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new engineers.
• Foster open communication, ownership and accountability.
