Job summary

Que Technology Group, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to lead developers on the Endpoint Services team in creating a flexible classification marking tool for the ICAM Zero Trust project.

This customer-facing role involves keeping projects on track, providing technical guidance, presenting demos, communicating risks, and collaborating with system engineers for UAT. You will also solve problems, maintain configuration management practices, build deployment packages, and prepare documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering or a related field plus 5 years in software engineering; 9 years total with substitution.
• 2 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains.
• Ability to enforce coding standards and work within an agile development project.
• Familiarity with unit and functional testing.
• Excellent written skills and experience generating program/process-related documents.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead developers and provide technical guidance.
• Keep projects on track; establish internal schedules and milestones.
• Present demos and communicate risks.
• Gather, analyze, and capture customer requirements.
• Analyze system requirements, OPS concept, and high-level architecture to develop requirements specifications.
• Collaborate with system engineers for UAT and assist testing of configurations/releases.
• Provide input to system engineers to document processes and deliver government-facing outputs.
• Maintain configuration management, build deployment packages, and prepare documentation.
• Coordinate software deliveries with external organizations.
