About The Role We are seeking a Lead Engineer for Oracle HCM Cloud Applications to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of key HCM modules across the enterprise. This role requires a strong techno-functional leader with deep Oracle HCM Cloud experience and the ability to partner with HR, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, IT, and vendor teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Recruiting, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, Journeys, Redwood, Approvals, Security, Reporting, and Integrations. This person should be able to lead complex transformation initiatives, support critical annual HR cycles, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. A critical requirement for this role is experience using AI tools, AI agents, and automation to improve business operations. The candidate should be able to identify manual and repetitive processes, design AI-assisted solutions, and use automation to improve productivity, data accuracy, support efficiency, and overall business value. Experience with Oracle Native AI studio, enabling, modifying native agents and building custom agents would be a huge plus.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $140,000- $170,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
