MITRE seeks a Lead Software Engineer to design, build, secure, and operate mission-focused software systems and data platforms. You will focus on Python development, cloud-native architectures, DevSecOps, and ETL/ELT data pipelines to support analytical use cases.

You will work across cloud, software, and data engineering areas, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to architecture reviews and incident response. This role requires on-site presence at least 3 days/week and U.S.

Formación

• This role requires advanced software engineering skills and a track record in Python development.
• Experience building distributed systems in AWS or multi-cloud environments is expected.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, data pipelines, and modern web tech is required.

• Define technical strategy and roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
