Job summary

The Lead Software Engineer at Oatey Company will design, develop, and support cloud-native applications and integrations that drive business objectives throughout the full software lifecycle. You will mentor developers, coordinate with teams, and influence the cloud roadmap to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Bring 10+ years of experience in cloud-based integrations, strong JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and a track record of leading projects and code reviews in SAP CAP environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years delivering cloud-based integrations and apps.
• 3+ years leading technical projects and mentoring teams.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js expertise.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA Cloud and CAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy cloud-native applications and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and governance.
• Mentor developers and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead DevSecOps practices and maintain technical documentation.
• Support deployments and provide after-hours assistance when needed.
