Job summary

Newrez LLC is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to design, code, test, and deploy scalable applications in a fast-paced mortgage tech environment. You will mentor peers, drive architecture decisions, and ensure quality through formal reviews and automation.

Responsibilities include leading SCRUM ceremonies, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality software that aligns with business goals while adhering to security and deployment standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in systems, applications, programming, development, testing, deployment.
• 3 years of Microsoft Azure.
• 3 years of modern UI development using AngularJS and Angular V10+; 3 years with .NET Core, JavaScript, REST API and Entity Framework.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, program, test, implement and deploy software applications.
• Provide business and project expertise with clients and IT resources to identify user requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Mentor development team members and lead multiple Sprint teams.
• Apply Agile principles and lead SCRUM ceremonies.
• Ensure code quality through formal reviews and documentation.
