Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in CS or related field.
• 10+ years software development experience with leadership roles.
• Strong hands-on background with web-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive key pieces of First Advantage’s next-generation platform architecture and implementation.
• Align priorities and team allocation to deliver business objectives.
• Champion Agile Scrum and DevOps within the team and influence other teams.
• Manage developers, designing and implementing new functionality and improvements.
• Recruit top talent and mentor staff.
• Own scheduling and on-time delivery of features across the SDLC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable services.
• Regularly communicate program status to stakeholders.
• Model performance excellence and mentor your team to do the same.
• Promote and support company policies, values, and ethics.
