Job summary

Faro Health Inc. is seeking an experienced software engineer to lead feature delivery for our AI-driven clinical trials platform. You will own architecture, design, and implementation of high-impact features in a scalable SaaS environment.

You’ll mentor teammates, promote best practices, and embrace cutting-edge technologies. A strong background in TypeScript, Python, React, and cloud services is expected; a CS degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering highly scalable, distributed SaaS products
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture and RESTful services
• Expertise in TypeScript and Python; proficient with React, HTML, CSS
• Experience with Node.js, Docker; familiarity with UV, Vite, Redis, Postgres, Express, Inversify, Agno
• Experience with real-time data or event systems and relational databases (Postgres/MySQL)
• Experience with cloud providers (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud) and scalable systems
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; AI/LLM integration or healthcare domain a plus
