Job summary

Meta's Central Security group seeks a Software Engineer (Technical Leadership) to advance security across AI/ML systems and enterprise tech, collaborating with product, infrastructure, and engineering teams. You will mentor executives, shape multi-year roadmaps, and guide large cross-functional initiatives to enhance security, efficiency, and innovation.

You will lead efforts in securing AI/ML lifecycles, balancing security with speed, and setting the direction for future security technologies

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring/influencing executive stakeholders across organizations.
• Experience using data and analysis to explain technical problems and provide feedback and solutions.
• Experience communicating and working across functions to drive solutions.
• Proven track record of planning multi-year roadmaps aligning short-term projects to long-term mission.
• Experience driving large cross-functional/industry-wide engineering efforts.
