Nuna is building an AI health coach to help people manage chronic conditions with a patient-centric product. As Lead Software Engineer, you will own meaningful parts of the coach, designing, building, shipping, and maintaining critical systems in production.

You will work with a small team of engineers, designers, product managers, and clinicians to raise the bar for engineering and ensure privacy and security of health data. The role requires autonomy and comfort with ambiguity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of industry experience.
• Experience leading small teams of engineers.
• Strong ownership of features or systems end to end.

Aufgaben

• Own meaningful features and services end to end — design, build, ship, and operate them in production
• Lead and mentor small teams of engineers
• Drive stakeholder alignment between product, design, data and engineering
• Make architecture decisions in AI/agent and core product systems
• Write high-quality, well-tested, observable code and conduct reviews
• Prioritize privacy, security, and responsible handling of health data
• Break ambiguous problems into shipable work with pragmatic trade-offs
