Job summary

ARCHER in Jersey City is seeking an experienced leader to design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable full-stack applications with AI capabilities. You will provide technical direction across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and AI integrations, promoting engineering best practices and responsible AI-assisted development.

You will guide Agile delivery, advocate for cloud-native architectures, resilience, and security, and oversee the safe use and validation of AI-enhanced engineering tools.

Qualifications

• Requires at least five years of full-stack development experience.
• Advanced React skills and proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with system design, testing, operational stability, automation and continuous delivery.

Candidates should have cloud-native experience, knowledge of Agile, resiliency, and security practices, and experience leading the safe, compliant use and validation of AI-assisted engineering tools.
