Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on experience across full stack SDLC, system design, and CI/CD.
• Strong Java and full-stack development with REST API experience.
• Ability to translate requirements to technical plans for stakeholders.
• Experience in cloud-native design using AWS and IaC tools.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, logs, and SLO/SLAs.
• Proven track record leading engineers across locations and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end platform capabilities for Fund Administration and Transfer Agency.
• Design, develop, and deliver full-stack software solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify scope and align with business goals.
• Plan development via backlog refinement, sprint planning, and roadmaps.
• Promote AI-assisted development practices with governance and secure coding.
• Develop secure production code and review peers' work for quality and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation and improve stability.
• Maintain documentation including designs and runbooks.
• Mentor engineers across global locations to foster excellence.
