Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in Java, C#, and .Net.
• Experience leading use of AI-assisted software development tools with team validation of AI outputs.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI in engineering workflows and secure delivery practices.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise automation and workflows.
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies (CI/CD, resiliency, security).
• Practical cloud native experience (AWS or Azure).

Responsibilities
