Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science or related field, or commensurate professional experience.
• 10+ years' experience in application development and data management.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and event-driven integration.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization of legacy systems and evolve target architecture.
• Coach and mentor the legacy systems programming team.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to define the future state and modernization plan.
• Evaluate and scale AI-assisted development tooling to improve delivery and quality.
