Qualifications

• Strong understanding of responsible AI in engineering workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms and SDLC practices.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and release coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage Scrum team and backlog, maintain JIRA hygiene.
• Collaborate with analysts, product and operations to clarify scope.
• Work with AD, QA, UAT, Ops, Product to deliver project schedules.
• Track dependencies and ensure governance with clear reports.
• Lead governance meetings and ensure risk/issue logs are maintained.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the firm and manage plans.
• Promote enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices for quality and speed.
• Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation value.
