Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, SQL, REST.
• Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka and RESTful services.
• Experience with CI/CD and Git/Jenkins; strong code review and debugging skills.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews peers' work.
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture and design.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
• Promotes secure coding, automated testing, and incident/root-cause analysis.
