As a Lead Software Engineer, you will own embedding pipelines, manage indexing, and drive scalable data infrastructure while mentoring a team of developers and collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Design and build the Content Hub - vector and graph database infrastructure for semantic retrieval.
• Build and operate embedding pipelines and manage indexing as content evolves.
• Own embedding model selection and refresh strategies, balancing quality and cost.
• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with distributed microservices and full stack systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and deliver robust cloud-based solutions for user experiences.
• Stay current with tech trends and contribute to internal and external engineering communities.
