Job summary

EY is seeking a sophisticated technology leader to drive delivery of complex solution and infrastructure projects. You’ll design, develop, and maintain robust systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.

You’ll collaborate across Development, Engineering and Architecture teams to foster technical leadership and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in software/platform engineering, proficiency in C#/Java/Python, and experience with CI/CD,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, mathematics, or related field preferred.
• More than 10 years applied experience.
• Significant relevant experience in software/platform engineering roles.
• CI/CD delivery using code management, configuration management and automation tools such as GitHub, ADO.
• Proficiency in tuning language models for tasks like text generation, summarization, or QA.
• Knowledge of embedding models for NLP tasks.
• Familiarity with agentic AI systems combining models with external tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads the delivery of solution or infrastructure development for large/complex projects.
• Understands business and user requirements; ensures design specs meet business and technical needs.
• Provides advanced technical leadership and drives improvements across solutions and infrastructure.
• Develops relationships across Development, Engineering and Architecture teams.
• Drives processes, standards, and technology design alignment.
