Job summary

This role demands strong coding skills, experience with C#/Java/Python, CI/CD with GitHub and ADO, Kubernetes and Docker, and a background in software or platform engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of applied experience in software/platform engineering.
• Experience delivering software/platform engineering solutions.
• CI/CD with GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of language models and NLP tasks.
• Familiar with AI agents and external tools.
• Ability to lead teams and drive standards.

Responsibilities

• Solves complex and escalated aspects of a project, coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the development process.
• Provides advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency, reliability and value from current solutions and emerging technologies.
• Develops strong working relationships with peers across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams.
• Provides a leadership role for the work group, ensuring the appropriate expectations, principles, structures, tools and responsibilities are in place.
• Drives consistency to the relevant processes, procedures, standards, technical design whilst supporting the definition, maintenance and implementation of technology standard.
