Qualifications

• 10 years building large-scale software; ~5 years leading engineers/technical direction.
• Strong experience in integrating AI/ML models into software.
• Experience with security best practices and HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead API and data-streaming service development for TAG brands.
• Build and optimize scalable systems; drive design patterns and code quality.
• Mentor engineers and influence architecture & best practices.
• Partner with product and data science; participate in code reviews.
