Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Melbourne, FL seeks an agile software Product Owner for a multi-mission program in a classified environment. You will be the interface between customer stakeholders, program leadership, and development teams to ensure requirements are captured, prioritized, and delivered.

Candidates should have full SDLC experience, be adept at agile practices and requirements management with JIRA, and hold TS/SCI clearance or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience planning, managing and communicating customer requirements to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile software development, including requirements management in JIRA.
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI or SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requirements across multiple missions within JIRA.
• Develop and maintain feature delivery plans, roadmaps, and user stories.
• Serve as liaison between IEI PMO leadership and customers to ensure alignment on requirements.
• Partner with IEI PMO leadership to support resource management activities.
• Participate in customer TEMs and internal program meetings as required.
• Support meetings at customer location 2-3 per week.
