The role focuses on modernizing onboarding into a digital-first, automated experience and requires strong Java, API design, and KYC/AML integration experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in Java, microservices, API design, and workflow orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of onboarding and account lifecycle capabilities.
• Own platform components across workflow orchestration, rule engines, integrations, and document processing.
• Enable modernization of onboarding into a digital-first, automated experience.
