🚀 Lead Software Engineer – Front end focused Fullstack (Angular, Node.js, GraphQL)

We’re looking for a hands‑on technical leader who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and user‑centric digital solutions. This is a full‑stack leadership role with a strong emphasis on front‑end architecture (Angular), back‑end APIs (Node.js, GraphQL), and secure cloud deployment (AWS, Akamai WAF).

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of digital portal solutions across front‑end and back‑end systems.
• Mentor developers, foster accountability, and drive engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to deliver high‑impact features.
• Define and enforce engineering standards (code reviews, testing strategies, CI/CD).
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Champion modern development practices including Agile, automated testing, and UX collaboration.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering with Angular, Node.js, GraphQL, Typescript, SQL, and Java.
• Strong understanding of web security (Akamai WAF, AWS‑hosted apps).
• Experience mentoring developers and leading Agile teams (SAFe methodology).
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Passion for building accessible, compliant, and user‑friendly digital products.
• Interest in converting to a full‑time employee role after initial engagement.
