Position: Lead Software Engineer

Reporting to: Technology Director

Compensation: $120,000-$140,000

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, at least 5 years of software development experience including 2 years in a lead role, relevant certifications, experience with DoD cybersecurity standards, expertise in back-end and front-end technologies, databases, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies. Must be a US citizen, pass a Tier 3 US Government background check, and a criminal background check.

Responsibilities include:
