For our client, we are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive the design and development of scalable platform systems, with a strong focus on modern software engineering practices and reliable delivery at scale. You will partner closely with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to shape technical priorities, mentor team members, and improve how the organization builds and operates its software. The position also emphasizes cloud-based infrastructure, automation, and operational excellence in a fast-moving technology environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $135,000 - $160,000 annually
