The Lead Software Development Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, responsible for driving the technical vision and implementation of Ad Vital's core platform. This role oversees the design and development of backend services, APIs, and integrations that power omni-channel messaging, automation workflows, and analytics. Day-to-day activities include architecting scalable solutions, writing high-quality code, reviewing contributions from other engineers, and ensuring system reliability and performance.
