Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Experience with source control (Git).
• Strong communication skills, especially explaining technical details to non-technical end-users and in facilitating team collaboration.
• Ability to balance competing constraints and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day development plan, coordinate, and perform work; review code; and maintain timely and quality delivery standards.
• Set and maintain best practices and patterns for quality, testing, source control, security, and deployment.
• Design, build, test, and maintain applications using C#/.NET and SQL Server.
• Work directly with end users to gather requirements and create specifications.
• Advise leadership on opportunities to improve existing processes and use technology to support the business.
• Mentor team and encourage continuous improvement and deliberate experimentation.
• Perform other duties as required.

They will set standards, mentor the team, and work closely with the I.T. Supervisor to align department activity with divisional goals.

• Set and maintain best practices and patterns for quality, testing, source control, security, and deployment
