Job summary

Seneca Resources seeks a Software Architect, Lead to craft high-assurance architectures for military and defense systems, with emphasis on cybersecurity, cloud modernization, and digital engineering integration.

You will translate client needs into architecture plans, lead solution engineering efforts, and mentor engineers, driving proposals in an Agile environment using Jira, Confluence, GitLab and related tools. Role requires DoD experience and active security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or Software Engineering and secret clearance required.
• 10+ years of software architecture development and implementation experience.
• 5+ years in DoD, Navy, or aviation environments.
• Proficiency with C++, Java, C#, SysML/UML and Agile methods.
• Strong cloud, migration, and modernization knowledge.
• Experience leading or supporting RFPs in an IAC MAC environment.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and lead technical solutioning.
• Willingness to obtain Security+, CISSP, or ISSAP within 3 months.
