Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years with Java including concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in OOP, data structures, algorithms, and GoF design patterns.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead brainstorming sessions and capture requirements for complex customer systems.
• Perform high-level systems impact analysis for new initiatives.
• Develop prototypes and verify concepts to validate architectures.
• Deliver scalable, high-quality end-to-end solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Create high-level and low-level design artifacts and drive architecture governance.
• Conduct architecture reviews and executive briefings for high-impact projects.
• Ensure requirement traceability and smooth hand-off to Operations and Production Support.
• Collaborate with other architects to standardize architectures across the organization.
• Develop product roadmaps and identify new use cases for the customer systems.
