Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of softball.
• Verifiable playing or coaching at college or professional level.
• Experience instructing youth and HS players preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to set up, breakdown, and move equipment.

Responsibilities

• Implement all aspects of EL1's standard Instruction & Training Programs at assigned facility.
• Perform on-field softball training and instruction.
• Manage player check-in, attendance and group rotations.
• Assist the PM in developing training programming and curriculum.
• Assist the PM with instructional staff training and curriculum tasks.
• Be a role model for instructional staff and enforce all facility rules.
