Job summary

Family Health Centers at NYU Langone is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor for the CRC Suicide Prevention Program. You will lead a four-person team, oversee clinical care, and ensure high-quality crisis intervention and risk assessments.

Responsibilities include grant implementation, program workflow optimization, and collaboration with care teams to support trauma-informed, culturally responsive services for adults at risk of suicide.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology with NY license or MSW with NYS license.
• Five+ years of related clinical mental health experience.
• Experience with suicide risk assessment, crisis intervention, safety planning.
• Experience supervising licensed and/or unlicensed clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical operations of the CRC team serving high-risk patients.
• Provides supervision and consultation to four supervisees.
• Leads grant implementation and reporting for the SAMHSA suicide prevention program.
• Ensures documentation, compliance, and quality assurance across the program.
• Fosters cultural competence, trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care.
