Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking an energetic Soccer Coach to lead youth players in fun, educational activities while ensuring safety. You will work with children of various ages, bring energy, and model good sportsmanship.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of coaching experience, a dynamic personality, and a commitment to positive, non-competitive instruction. Evening/weekend availability and travel are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience coaching soccer at various youth levels.
• Demonstrated ability to engage audiences with a fun and dynamic personality.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and a passion for working with athletes of all ages and skill levels.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

The Position:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! This person will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working as a soccer coach (or teacher, counselor or leader), and enjoys working with children.

• Our Coaches provide individualized attention to ensure every child has the ability to succeed.
• Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment.
• Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.
• And finally, our coaches have a blast! They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
